Web designer :

Web designer makes the design of our websites . The first look of website is made by  a web designer. Web designer also called front end developer. A web designer skills are knowledge of PHOTOSHOP, CHORAL DRAW, and designing languages like HTML ,CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and framework like Bootstrap. If a web designer knows all the things are called front end developer.

Web developer :

Web developer is a programmer who specializes in the development of application relating to the (www) World Wide Web.

We can see only front end. The programming process of websites are doing by the back end web developer.

A web developer skills are knowledge of PHOTOSHOP, CHORAL DRAW, HTML CSS, JavaScript jQuery frameworks and PHP ,MySQL

If the developer knows all the things are called

Full stack web developer.
